Signed-in users can request account and data deletion from Settings. You can also email the address below if you cannot sign in or if you need access, export, correction, or deletion help.
Include the email used for JoyReply, any connected Facebook Page name, the approximate last login date, and whether you want deletion, access, export, or correction.
After verification, we remove or anonymize account data, sessions, connected Page access credentials, synced posts and comments, reply suggestions, notes and PDFs, saved Knowledge items, Signals, Protect logs, and other data no longer needed to provide the service.
We may keep limited records required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute handling, or proof that a deletion request was completed.
You can also remove JoyReply from Facebook or Meta Business Integrations. That stops future Page access, but you should still contact us if you want already-synced JoyReply data deleted.
