Clear rules for creating and using media with JoyReply.

1. Agreement and operator

JoyReply is operated by Futuristic SRL. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page. If you use JoyReply for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation.

2. Current service status

New customer access is by personal invitation after manual approval. Applying does not create an account, start a trial or involve payment. Eligible new customers may receive a 14-day trial after email verification and invitation acceptance. Existing customers retain their access and entitlements. Private capabilities remain limited to authorised workspaces and roles. Paid checkout is available only to admitted customers when the product explicitly shows it as available.

A displayed plan or quote does not authorise a charge. A recurring subscription is ordered only after the workspace owner reviews the exact monthly amount, makes every required confirmation, and completes secure payment.

3. Your account and connected services

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and connect only Pages, profiles, channels, websites, media, and booking links that you are allowed to use. You are responsible for the people who use your workspace and the instructions or permissions you give them.

Removing a platform permission or disconnecting a Page can stop related functions. Platform rules, review status, rate limits, and outages can also limit what JoyReply can read or do.

4. Modes, approvals, and public actions

Public Calendar scheduling means private plans and email reminders, not automatic publishing. You choose a date, time and timezone, optionally attach a channel or file, and publish manually. Marking a plan done records your own action; it is not confirmation from a social platform.

Review content, prices, claims, links, dates and the destination before you publish. Restricted functions remain separate: a visible control cannot override a missing permission, an access revocation or a platform restriction.

5. Setter

Setter requires a named-user, named-workspace grant from JoyReply's founder. Access and operational activation are separate: only the founder can approve activation for the verified Page, authorizer, programme and booking link. A delegate can operate or pause that approved assignment but cannot grant access or approve changed authority. Ordinary workspace membership does not include Setter.

Setter works for the active Page and active programme profile. You are responsible for keeping the programme facts, qualification rules, privacy link, and booking link accurate. JoyReply may ask questions, answer from approved information, and share the saved link; it must not invent a discount, result, available time, or confirmed meeting.

A clear stop or no-contact request ends automation for that person. Do not use JoyReply for cold outreach without a lawful basis or to pressure someone who has declined. When the system cannot continue safely, it may close the conversation without a human handoff.

6. Studio, files, and generated content

You keep ownership of files and instructions you provide, subject to the rights of their original owners. You give JoyReply the limited permission needed to store, analyse, transform, render, and return them as part of the requested project.

Upload only supported image, video and audio files you have the right to use. Do not upload malware, executable files, unlawful content, intimate content without consent, or material that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or platform rules. Results are private to your account. Downloading or approving a result does not publish it; you decide whether and where to share it.

6a. Your library and file storage

My library holds your personal creative files across workspaces you can still access. New images, videos, voiceovers and music are stored for 30 days from when each result is first available to you. Files already stored at the policy rollout receive a full 30-day grace period. The exact expiry date appears beside the result and download, and in the completion email.

Ordinary uploaded reference files are stored for 30 days from upload; existing files receive the rollout grace period. References made from generated files inherit the original expiry date. Downloads, retries, Calendar entries and reuse do not extend these periods. Automatic recovery does not shorten the original availability period. Saved personal voices and their reference recordings remain until the voice or account is deleted, within the existing quotas.

Download files you want to keep before their expiry date. We send grouped reminders seven days and one day before expiry, but email delivery is not guaranteed. If a Calendar plan is later than a file's expiry, download the file beforehand; the plan does not keep it online. You can also request immediate deletion from My library after confirming the action.

Expiry or confirmed deletion stops preview, download and new reuse. A minimal history entry may remain; expiry does not change settled credits or financial records. A confirmed job can keep a private copy of required input only until terminal reconciliation, with a 7-day limit from confirmation. That exception does not make the source available for new requests.

Physical cleanup runs every 15 minutes across originals, variants, thumbnails and caches. Offline storage is cleared after it reconnects, while access through JoyReply stays blocked. Encrypted backups containing media may retain a copy for no more than 15 additional days after expiry or deletion; expiry and deletion are reapplied before restored content can be accessed. Financial and database recovery records follow separate retention requirements. These storage rules do not limit your statutory rights for non-delivery, technical failure or non-conformity.

7. AI output and transparency

AI can misunderstand context, create inaccurate material, or produce content that resembles existing work. You must review the final result and decide whether it is suitable for the intended audience and destination.

JoyReply embeds machine-readable AI provenance in generated media where the file format supports it. Ordinary result cards do not show a visible AI badge.

If you publish a deepfake, a realistic synthetic scene, a cloned real person's face or voice, a fabricated event, or similar content that could be mistaken for authentic, you are responsible for any visible or audible disclosure required by law or the destination platform. Do not remove machine-readable provenance or use the service to impersonate a real person, fabricate evidence, or mislead the public.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use JoyReply to break the law, platform rules, or another person's rights.

• No harassment, threats, discrimination, fraud, deceptive claims, spam, scraping without authority, or attempts to bypass stop and no-contact controls.
• No unauthorised access, security testing against production, credential sharing, malware, excessive automated load, or attempts to extract secrets or system instructions.
• No high-stakes medical, legal, financial, employment, credit, insurance, or eligibility decisions based only on JoyReply output.
• No false testimonials, fabricated scarcity, guaranteed earnings, or a booking claim that has not been confirmed by the booking provider.

9. Third-party services

Meta services, Google and YouTube, TikTok, booking pages, stock-media libraries, voice services, storage, and other connected providers have their own terms and privacy rules. Public social connections are read only and do not authorise JoyReply to publish, message, moderate, or reply. JoyReply does not control a provider's availability, review decisions, account restrictions, or changes. You remain responsible for complying with the destination platform.

By connecting a YouTube channel to JoyReply or using JoyReply's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

10. Credits, prices, subscriptions, and cancellation

One credit balance can be used for images, videos, voiceovers and music. Existing unused image and media credits are combined at one credit for one credit without changing past purchases or confirmed requests. Monthly allowances keep their existing reset rules; separately purchased credits do not expire. The cost shown before confirmation determines how many credits each request uses.

The launch offer gives the first 25 eligible accepted customer accounts a permanent 20% discount on regular subscription and credit-pack prices. Access requires manual approval, identity verification and acceptance of a personal invitation. One place is available per genuine customer; applications, staff membership, additional workspaces, duplicate, founder and test accounts do not qualify. Your account confirms eligibility. Existing awards and evidenced earlier commitments are preserved. The discount belongs to that account, is not transferable, and remains after subscription cancellation and return. Deleting the account ends its entitlement and does not free a place for another account. Already completed payments are not retrospectively repriced. No countdown or immediate-generation promise forms part of this offer.

Credits are a non-transferable usage counter for JoyReply and have no external cash value. Before generation, the confirmation screen shows the maximum credit reservation. Image, Video, and Music keep the fixed cost confirmed for the request. Voice reserves the maximum credit amount shown, settles from the delivered length, and returns unused credits to the balance. Credits may be reserved when a request is queued, but are spent only after successful delivery. Cancelling before processing, a verified technical failure, or final non-supply releases the reservation. A changed prompt, changed settings, or a new artistic direction is a new request.

A one-off credit pack, when offered, is separate from the monthly subscription. Purchased credits do not expire and can be bought and used without a subscription. Checkout must show its exact price, number of credits, tax treatment, and use conditions before payment. A result delivered in the confirmed format is not automatically defective only because another artistic style is preferred. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, JoyReply does not offer discretionary cash refunds for credits already used or for a successfully delivered result merely because the customer later prefers a different prompt, setting, or artistic style. This does not limit mandatory remedies for non-supply, technical failure, or nonconformity with the description, characteristics, or accepted purpose shown before confirmation.

Before secure payment opens, JoyReply shows the exact monthly price, included allowances, renewal period, and required confirmations. The subscription renews each month until cancelled. To cancel in Settings before the next renewal, open the Subscription section and confirm the cancellation. Paid access remains available for the period already paid, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If Settings is unavailable, email contact@joyreply.com from the account email.

Card details are entered only on Revolut's secure page. Futuristic SRL issues the invoice after JoyReply verifies a completed payment.

11. Consumer withdrawal

If you buy as an individual consumer, you generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the distance contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Use the signed-in withdrawal function below, or send a clear statement from the account email to contact@joyreply.com before the period ends. The in-app function records the exact statement, date, and time and sends a durable receipt to the account email. Stopping the next renewal in Settings is a separate action and does not itself submit a withdrawal statement.

If you expressly ask JoyReply to start the service during those 14 days, service may begin after payment is confirmed. If you then withdraw, you may owe the proportionate value already supplied. The withdrawal right is lost after the service has been fully performed only where the prior express request and acknowledgement required by law were obtained. If an operation is legally treated as digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, any loss of withdrawal rights applies only when all separate consent, acknowledgement, and durable-confirmation conditions required by law are met.

You may use the optional model statement on the public withdrawal page, but any unequivocal statement is valid. The model identifies Futuristic SRL as recipient and asks for the service or credit pack, order date, contract or invoice reference, your name and address, date, and a signature only if sent on paper.

A purchase made genuinely for a company or sole-trader activity is not normally a consumer purchase, but the actual purpose and circumstances matter. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory right or remedy.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep JoyReply reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider limits, generation capacity, connectivity, security events, and platform changes can delay or block a feature. We may change or remove an experimental function and will avoid presenting it as ready when it is not.

Generation is not immediate. Requests normally start first-come, first-served, in confirmation order within each compatible processing queue. Different formats and settings can use different queues, so completion order can differ from request order. Recovery of interrupted work and necessary security or service-recovery interventions can affect this order; they do not create another charge for the same request.

Waiting and processing time depend on traffic, available capacity, the requested format, length and quality, safety checks, and maintenance. A subscription or credit pack does not buy exclusive processing capacity or an immediate start. Any estimate shown is guidance, not a promised delivery deadline, unless we expressly agree to a deadline for your request. If no useful estimate is available, we show the current status instead. This does not permit indefinite waiting or override our legal duty to supply without unjustified delay.

You can close the page after confirmation. JoyReply preserves recoverable queued work and sends an email when the result is ready. Email delivery can be delayed or fail; progress, recovery messages, and completed files remain available in your account. You can cancel an eligible request before processing starts to release its reserved credits. If recovery ultimately fails, JoyReply records non-supply, releases the reservation, and keeps the failure visible in the account. Contact contact@joyreply.com if a request is stuck or the delay appears unreasonable.

Digital services and digital content supplied to consumers are covered by the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity. JoyReply must match the description, characteristics, functionality, compatibility, continuity, security, and accepted purpose required by applicable law and the confirmed contract.

Consumers keep the mandatory remedies that apply to unjustified delay, non-supply, or nonconformity. Depending on the facts, these may include requiring supply or conformity within the legal period, a proportionate price reduction, termination, or reimbursement.

13. Suspension, closure, and deletion

You can stop using JoyReply, disconnect services, or request deletion. We may pause or close access when needed to protect the service, comply with law or platform rules, investigate abuse, or address a serious breach of these terms. Where reasonable, we will explain the action and preserve an appropriate route for data requests.

14. Ownership

JoyReply, its interface, software, documentation, and branding belong to Futuristic SRL or its licensors. Your source content remains yours or your licensors'. Rights in generated output can depend on the source material, provider terms, and applicable law; JoyReply does not guarantee exclusive rights in an AI-generated result.

15. Responsibility and limits

JoyReply is a working tool, not a guarantee of sales, reach, acceptance, platform approval, legal compliance, or error-free content. To the extent the law allows, Futuristic SRL is not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities, platform decisions, or content published without the required review.

Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Law, consumers, and contact

Romanian law governs these terms unless mandatory consumer law provides stronger rights or another applicable forum. The checkout contract information and withdrawal rules form part of these terms when paid distance sales are available.
