JoyReply is operated by Futuristic SRL. The company details are listed on this page so users and platform reviewers can identify the legal operator of the service.
JoyReply helps creators and brands review synced social comments, understand audience signals, draft replies and content, plan campaigns, identify buying intent, group likely abuse for manual review, and turn repeated audience questions into content ideas.
You are responsible for connecting only accounts, Pages, channels, or profiles you are allowed to manage. If you remove platform permissions or disconnect a channel inside JoyReply, features that rely on that connection will stop working.
JoyReply may offer a free trial, paid monthly plans, and optional setup services. Plans can include synced comment limits, drafted replies, scans, and post ideas. Paid access, limits, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation rules are shown at signup, in the app, on invoices, or in the agreed order details. Fees are normally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly agreed.
Suggestions can be useful, but they can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing draft replies, posts, captions, scripts, prices, claims, links, guarantees, legal statements, medical statements, and any copied text before publishing it outside JoyReply. Direct public actions appear only where the relevant platform permissions are approved and enabled.
Protection features are designed to separate likely abuse, spam, harassment, threats, slurs, and personal attacks into a review lane. Public moderation stays under the account admin's control and should not be used to suppress fair criticism, product issues, refund complaints, or unhappy customers.
JoyReply may change while the product improves. We work to keep the service available, but access can be interrupted by maintenance, third-party APIs, Meta review limits, rate limits, outages, or security issues.
You can stop using JoyReply, disconnect Meta permissions, or request account/data deletion. Some limited records may remain where needed for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or dispute handling.
Your connected-channel content, comments, brand notes, drafts, assets, and examples remain yours or your licensors' content. You grant JoyReply the limited rights needed to process that content and provide the service.
Unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise, these terms are governed by Romanian law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Use the policy pages for personal data requests, Facebook Page data, and account deletion.
